Our reinvestment programme has kept us at the cutting edge of technology and this is reflected in quality, delivery dates and prices. We are often invited to contribute ideas and proposals at the design stage on new projects, advice on materials to be used, specifications on finish and methods of assembly. This is a service we are always keen to offer, it can have tremendous benefits for both parties, particularly on prices. Cost-reduction is always a major consideration, we offer advice from prototype stage through pre-production and into production. Even on established contracts a reverse engineering policy is adopted to monitor prices which can often be reduced by extra tooling, or by using newer technology not available at the conception of the product. To complement our manufacturing facility we offer a complete assembly service. This can include small sets of metalwork parts through to complete machine assemblies, all carried out in a separate clean environment. All necessary measuring equipment is regularly calibrated to comply with ISO 9000, all our internal systems give full traceability. Certificates of compliance are supplied when required. With many of our customers we operate on a kanban system designed to work to our mutual advantage, vastly reducing customers stockholding while enabling us to produce larger production runs.
